We produce black products - 1-3 working days.
Colored products, including white - 3-5 working days
How long will my order take to ship?
We ship all orders from Ukraine. It usually takes 12 to 21 business days if you choose standard shipping at our expense. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific item ordered. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking details.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
If your order appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we'll investigate the issue. In cases where the package was marked as delivered but is missing, it may be considered stolen.
