Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.

Refund

We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and send your refund.
